The Grange Buckingham was an excellent choice for our London visit.
- What did you like most?The location is excellent; on a quiet street within walking distance of theaters, restaurants and coffee shops—as well as only one block from the British Museum.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The only lift (elevator) was out of service for the last two days of our stay. The staff, however, proved very helpful with our luggage

- Was there anything you didn't like?Cold showers for the whole 3 days of our stay. Despite numerous attempts to get this resolved the staff were not interested. Have rang to speak to the manager 3 times since arriving home, continuously fobbed off. No response from email or head office. Lift out of order, Dirty, stained settee in room. Filthy extractor fan in bathroom. The word DELUXE wants removing from their description of the accommodation they are offering.
