Walkable in downtown Chicago
- What did you like most?Perfect location close to Downtown, easy to book Uber/Lyftt from this location, most sights are walkable and there appeared to be good public transport links in the area, luggage staff were extremely friendly and nice, front desk was also helpful when I needed to amend my booking, room was spacious and clean but dated
- Was there anything you didn't like?Room walls were scuffed and could do with refreshed paint, room overall was dated with poor soundproofing hearing lots of traffic noise outside with a hospital close by and loud sirens at all times of the day/night, got stuck in the elevator when checking out but was shortly resolved with maintenance team, hotel charged for luggage storage and lack of amenities for a four star hotel - no slippers/water/dental kits etc provided
