Not Hilton level, but nice...
- What did you like most?PRO - perfect bed and soft bedding - nice and hardworking houskeeping staff, clean room - almost no plastic in rooms - spacious bathroom in king room - comfy bed and bedding - nice location, beautiful buildings in the area, good cafes, Holmes Place in 1 min walking distance - breakfast has good options, breakfast room has beautiful view - Rebecca at guest services was really nice to offer free minibar
- Was there anything you didn't like?CONTRA - building is under construction + pool is not working (zero info was sent by Booking.com about this!!!) - really slow room service (food was totally cold) - there’s no coffee machine in the king room (wrong information on Booking.com site), just a kettle and instant coffee (in a Hilton!) - not effective and loud heating system - ice machine was not working on 2nd floor - minibar was not once restocked during my stay - no security guards or bellboys in front of the hotel - i checked out more than 12 hours ago and the promised electronic bill is still not in my email inbox….
