- What did you like most?The hotel’s central location in the financial district was perfect for my work trip—extremely convenient and well-situated. A nice bonus was the complimentary coffee and tea provided in the room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast Experience: I prepaid for breakfast for the entire week, but unfortunately, I skipped half the days simply because I wasn’t motivated to go. The food itself was decent, but the variety was quite limited—especially when compared to much more affordable hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. This was my first experience at a North American hotel, and I was disappointed to find that breakfast felt more like a fine-dining experience with constant interruptions from staff asking, “How are you?” only to be presented with a bill at the end—even though I had already pre-booked breakfast for my entire stay. Tech Frustrations: Connecting to the TV’s Chromecast was nearly impossible and incredibly frustrating. It felt more like a hassle than a convenience.
