Sunny paradise away from hustle bustle.
- What did you like most?We love the location of the property. We love that the pools are maintained, and the breakfast is really good. The staff are really friendly and very nice. All service people are attentive- bar, restaurant, valet. Everyone is helpful and friendly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The front desk check-in people will say anything to get you out of their face. They’ll also lie to you and tell you that certain rooms are available when they are not. Coffee needs improvement, it’s awful. It looks like the hotel tries to clean up the seaweed on the beach, towards the end of my stay, I observed the people tasked to do this were not raking up the seaweed. They were standing around not doing their job resulting in large amount of seaweed on the beach, needs more supervision . Hotel needs more beach umbrellas. .
This was our 4thtime staying we will not return.. needs serious work. Photo shows damage that .

- Was there anything you didn't like?Under construction ..wasn’t told. Super noisy! Everything covered up. Asked for a room upgrade to Ocean Front like we had last year , he told us they were sold out.. BUT when I went online there were Ocean Front rooms available for cheaper than I paid for partial ocean view. Overcharged us 4500 + Pesos from my original booking.. toilet was really hard to flush almost broke off the handle. Very few restaurants open. Only 1 and the Buffet. Many elevators out of service which need upgrades and long long waits to get to your room. No service elevator so all the staff is using them to haul dirty linen dishes etc. A nightmare. Beach is the best part.
