- What did you like most?The location was the best. We were there for the graduation at UM. Breakfast was good. I was super appreciative that the hotel front desk person was able to retrieve and hold my husband's phone that was accidentally left on the lobby couch when we left the hotel. The room was efficiently laid out, neat, clean and tidy. The service & happy hour at the Mamey restaurant in the hotel was great. The ambience of both the Ivy and Mamey were very relaxing and inviting.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I have an electric car and there was some significant charges for leaving the car in the electric charging station while not charging, which we would not have known had we not gone with the valet to the charging station to see the actual notices of charges. We had to go with the valet to the charging station so that we would know the location of the car to move it once charging was completed to avoid the unnecessary charges for leaving the car in the charging spot. Given the price of the hotel, I would not have expected that.
