I will never stay there...
- What did you like most?The one working bed was comfortable
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel staff were incredibly rude. They double posted a hold on my card and would not explain why. Upon finishing our trip we noticed there was a charge posted to our room even though we charged nothing to the room and we had prepaid for the room. The owner/ manager when I tried to understand how this happened refused to answer my questions and I grew more frustrated. She then said she would refuse to refund me and I could take it up with my credit card company. Which in my mind is theft.
