- What did you like most?The price and parking was offered.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The parking lot was full of snow and ice. I had to dig out a space for me to be able to Park. Which took me a few hours in freezing temperatures. Then in the morning I was blocked in by a vehicle who was stuck in the snow. When I asked the front desk for a shovel or someone to assist to get this person out of the parking lot. They just kept telling me 10 minutes which took a little over an hour and no one ever came. I had to borrow someone shovel in order to dig the person who was stuck out of the snow. Which in return made me late for an appointment. Also the sheets were very itchy. Giving me the impression that they had bed bugs or the hair left in the bed from the previous customer.. There was hair in the shower I'm not sure if I'm a previous customer or from the cleaning person.
